WA Day Festival is Back for 2025!
The WA Day Festival at Optus Stadium Precinct & Burswood Park on November 24, 2024, was an unforgettable celebration of Western Australia’s spirit, culture, and community. With FREE festival entry, thrilling carnival rides, a dazzling drone and fireworks display, and a massive music concert featuring some of WA’s best homegrown talent, it was a day full of pride, fun, and connection.
Originally postponed from its traditional June timing due to unpredictable weather, the festival made a triumphant return in November – thanks to the incredible support of the WA State Government. Thousands of West Aussies came together to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, celebrate our state’s diversity, and soak up all the action.
Going forward, our WA Day Festival metro celebration will take place in November to coincide with WA’s glorious spring weather. But we’ll still be proudly celebrating WA Day in June across our amazing regional locations and Fremantle – bringing the community together with local music, food, culture, and entertainment.
