Museum of the Great Southern presents the WA Day Festival in Albany.

Join us on Monday 1 June from 10am–3pm for a vibrant, family-friendly celebration at the Museum of the Great Southern.

Set against Albany’s stunning coastal backdrop, WA Day will come alive with music, art, storytelling and interactive experiences for all ages. Enjoy live performances from talented local artists, discover creative workshops, and take part in hands-on activities designed to spark curiosity and connection.

Immerse yourself in Living Histories – a special storytelling space where community voices, cultures and experiences are shared through performances and interactive sessions. It’s a chance to listen, learn and celebrate the many stories that shape our State.

Bring the kids, meet up with friends and enjoy a welcoming day filled with culture, creativity and community pride.

Proudly supported by BHP, the State Government and Lotterywest.

Free entry. Celebrate WA Day with us in Albany!
