Dr Isaacs spent over 50 years breaking down cultural barriers and improving the lives of disadvantaged people. He has led numerous initiatives in social justice, health, employment and community service, held a number of government roles and served on various boards and councils. He assisted in the establishment of the Clontarf Aboriginal College and worked closely with the Government to implement programs to assist Aboriginal people achieve home ownership and housing security in a sustainable manner. Dr Isaacs was also the first Aboriginal person to be elected to local government as Councillor and Deputy Mayor for City of Gosnells.

Henry Boston has been a long-standing advocate of the work of Australian, and especially Western Australian, artists across a range of disciplines and genres. He promotes the benefits of a vibrant arts and cultural community within WA and advocated to Government for long-term cultural plans. His influence contributed to significant sector development over the past decade. Henry’s previous postings included the Perth International Arts Festival, Cultural Pursuits Australia, and the Australia Business Arts Foundation. He has sat on numerous arts and advisory boards including the UWA Arts Advisory Group, Theatre Industry Panel WA, and Helpmann Awards Panel.

Peter Prendiville played an active role in developing WA’s cultural and social fabric through his 40-year career spanning real estate, wine, oil and gas, education, tourism and hospitality as well as healthcare. He has owned and operated more than 40 iconic hotels across WA and his role as Chairman of Tourism WA saw him implementing initiatives that would lead to the promotion and betterment of the WA community. Peter also sat on several public company boards, has been Trustee, Director and Acting Chancellor at Notre Dame University, and was appointed to the St John of God Health Care Board.

For more than 30 years, Frank Cooper combined increasingly high profile professional and voluntary roles for the greater benefit of Western Australia. His professional and community interests spanned business sectors, health, education, the arts and sports. Frank demonstrated his commitment to the community by sitting on a number of Boards and major organisations including South32, Woodside Petroleum and the West Australian Football Commission, as well as leading local operations for three of the world’s largest accounting practices. He was awarded an Order of Australia in 2014 in recognition of these efforts.

Dr Worthington is a passionate charity campaigner and philanthropist, and the driving force behind many well-known charities in WA. She established the Make-A-Wish Foundation in WA, later becoming the national Chairperson and an International Director of the charity. She established the Breast Cancer Foundation of WA, The Love Angel Project, and the annual Out of the Shadows and Into the Light Walk for Lifeline WA. In 2015 Dr Worthington helped to spearhead the Buying Time initiative in WA which instilled the power of giving amongst hundreds of young people and tertiary students through workshops and mentoring.

Andrew Vlahov delivered sustainable and engaging experiences for young Western Australians through dynamic international sporting and cultural events. As CEO of RV Sport, he created events and sporting properties focusing on Asia and developed the first ever sports and cultural exchange between WA and China for young people. Andrew also created the Friendship Games, which saw Perth host 68 participants from Shanghai, before a reciprocal visit in 2013, and secured Perth as the host in 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021. Andrew was also CEO and Owner of Perth Wildcats and assisted the National Basketball League with their engagements in Asia.

Rhys Williams was one of the youngest people in Western Australia to be elected to a Local Government Council, and as CEO of social innovation charity - The Makers - worked with local communities to respond to challenges they encounter. He played a pivotal role in the Youth on Health Festival, a leading vehicle for health promotion, and Make Place, a unique leadership and entrepreneur training and co-working centre. Rhys held a number of director positions on community, Government and not-for-profit boards as well as chairing the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre and Diversity South.
