HOW TO NOMINATE

The online process is very simple and will take just a few minutes. Nominators may make a self-nomination, or nominate on behalf of someone else providing they give their permission. You may submit multiple nominations for different nominees. Before you begin to fill in the form, please have the following information prepared:

Contact details and permission from your nominee
The categories (listed above) you wish to nominate them for
Up to 250 words summarising how your nominee has achieved excellence in their category or categories
Up to 250 words summarising how your nominee has contributed to our community
Referee’s details, should you wish to supply a referee for your nomination

Nominations must be received by Friday, 25 February 2022.
