Eligibility and Guidelines

1. Entrants must be Australian citizens and preferably residing in Western Australia.
2. Entrants in the Youth Award must be aged between 18-25 years old as at 1 June 2013.
3. Entrants in the Indigenous Award must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.
4. Entrants cannot self-nominate.
5. Past winners cannot be entered in the award category they were successful/won previously.
6. Awards will not be granted posthumously.
